Public holidays are based on the Japanese holiday calendar, covering fixed holidays, Happy Mondays, the vernal and autumnal equinoxes, plus substitute and national holidays.
The result highlights the business-day count as the main figure, with a breakdown of total days, days off, and weekend days.
Company-specific closures (year-end, summer breaks, and the like) are not included, so adjust the result manually if needed.
Use it to estimate deadlines, working days, or attendance totals. Future holidays may change due to legal revisions.
