How it works
- Worked hours are calculated by subtracting your break time from the gap between clock-in and clock-out (your total shift length). Pay equals worked hours multiplied by your hourly wage.
- If the clock-out time is earlier than the clock-in time, it is treated as an overnight shift ending the next day, and the total shift length is calculated accordingly.
- Enter break time in minutes. For example, for a one-hour break, enter "60".
- Pay is an estimate of worked hours times your hourly wage. It does not include late-night premiums, overtime premiums, allowances, or deductions.
- If the break time exceeds the total shift length, an error is shown. Review your times and break entry.
- The worked hours shown exclude breaks, while the total shift covers clock-in through clock-out. Use it to check shift schedules and pay statements.
