How it works

  • Win rates are estimated for Texas Hold'em using a Monte Carlo method (about 25,000 trials) that randomly deals the remaining community cards and the opponents' hole cards.
  • Leave the community cards empty to get pre-flop odds (your two hole cards only). Fill in the flop (3 cards), turn (4 cards) or river (5 cards) to see the win rate at that point in the hand.
  • A "win" means your hand is the single strongest, while a "tie" means an equally strong opponent splits the pot with you.
  • Because the number of trials is finite, results carry roughly a ±0.5% margin of error, so the value may shift slightly each time it is recalculated.
  • Every opponent is assumed to hold a completely random hand; real-world playing tendencies (tight or loose) are not taken into account.
