Recurring Date Schedule (Every N Days)

Turn a start date into a table of dates and weekdays repeating every N days. Great for medication, recurring tasks, and maintenance cycles.

Input

YYYY/MM/DD

Repeat every how many days

Number of dates, start date included

Result

Enter a start date, cycle, and number of occurrences.

How it works

  • Enter three values, the start date (first occurrence), the cycle (how many days between repeats), and the number of occurrences (count including the start date), to generate a table of dates and weekdays for each cycle.
  • Weekdays are color-coded, with Sundays in red and Saturdays in blue, so you can see at a glance whether any dates fall on a weekend.
  • The elapsed-days column shows the number of days since the start date; the first row is labeled as the start date.
  • Change the cycle number to handle any repeat pattern, such as weekly (7 days), biweekly (14 days), or every four weeks (28 days).
  • Use it to manage medication intervals, equipment inspection and replacement cycles, and routine reminders or check-ins.
  • You can request up to 200 occurrences and a cycle of up to 3,650 days.
